About our client
As a Medior .NET backend developer you will participate in the development of our client’s APIs to support Apps and integration. You will be working closely with the Product owner and the other Team members to implement new features and align the way of working.

Qualifications and other Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as backend developer;
• Have knowledge of .NET framework and C# programming language including web programming frameworks like ASP.NET Core (REST APIs);
• Understand the common design patterns, OOP concepts and engineering practices;
• Unit/integration testing experience;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum way is a plus (or at least a strong willingness to do so);
• Good communication skills in English and preferably Dutch;
• To be able to explain complex technology matters in simple terminology;
• To be genuinely curious and constantly striving to learn.

 It is a plus if you have:

• experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure;
• CI/CD knowledge;
• ORM frameworks knowledge (eg: EF Core);
• SQL, JSON, JWT, OAuth2 knowledge;
• Data & Analytics skills;
• A passion for cycling and sports.

Our client mainly uses the following technologies and frameworks: C#, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Event Grid, API Management and others on the Azure stack. Our CI/CD pipelines are built on Azure DevOps and use Terraform.

• Adhere to principles, patterns & practices together with the team;
• Participate in code reviews;
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge that benefit their skill development.
