As a System Administrator you will be working for an international logistics service provider. From storage and transshipment to transport and from stevedoring to processing and packaging. As a System Administrator you like to solve complex problems and challenges. You do not do this alone. Besides your own incidents, changes and problem tickets, you also supervise the Junior and Medior Support Engineers. Your goal is to bring operational IT management to a higher level. And this not only for the Netherlands, but worldwide.
In addition to the ‘standard’ management of the IT infrastructure and office automation – such as patching and upgrades, backups and restores and workplace management – you will also be involved in process improvement and the implementation of changes and innovations. Of course this also includes setting up and maintaining procedures and documentation. That your work is varied is therefore an understatement. Due to the growth of the organization and the large number of branches, our client can use an extra colleague.
